A charming coin silver brooch portrays a young girl dressed in traditional Pueblo clothing. Her hair is worn up. She wears a full skirt and blouse, with bossed boots, a necklace that looks like a squash blossom, and turquoise cabochon earrings. She carries a small purse. She appears in profile, engraved on a flat silver cut-out. She reminds me of the wonderful children's book illustrations from this era. Circa 1950.
